Training for the position of data analyst in EU EOMs (DEADLINE EXTENDED until 1 MAY)

Election Observation and Democratic Support (EODS), a project funded by the European Commission, is organising a training for the position of data analysts in EU EOMs from Monday 23 until Friday 27 May 2016. The training aims at providing participants with knowledge and tools to work as data analysts in EU EOMs. The training will take place at the EODS office, located at 82 Rue de la Loi, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. The duration of the training is five days and its language is English.

• The training is designed for a maximum of 12 participants from EU member States and the three partner countries in EOMs (Canada, Norway and Switzerland).
• The EODS project covers travel and living expenses to training participants from EU member States.
• The EODS project does not cover the travel and living expenses of training participants from Canada, Switzerland or Norway.
• Candidates may wish to inform their national Focal Points about their application for the training but still need to apply through the EODS link. The list of Focal Points can be found here.
• The deadline for receiving applications is 1 May 2016 at midnight (Brussels time).
• A selection committee will be convened within 10 days from the deadline. Candidates will be informed of their selection or non-selection shortly after by email.
