Mr Khaldoun Dudin is responsible for the overall IT framework of the EODS Project and for the development of observation data collection and analysis. Khaldoun worked for NEEDS III and assisted them in database administration, e-learning and online reporting tools. Previously Khaldoun worked for major international IT companies and has extensive experience in software development, communication systems, wireless applications, networking, database analysis and security software applications in Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Cyprus and Germany. Mr Dudin has also worked in electoral assistance to Election Management Bodies (EMBs) and on more than 30 EU EOMs, most recently in Nepal.
