The Focal Points for election observation from EU Member States took part in their biannual meeting in Oslo on 1-2 June. The event allowed for the exchange of views on issues related to the recruitment and the deployment of election observers with the representatives of the Foreign Policy Instrument, the European External Action Service and EODS. The next meeting will be hosted in Brussels in early December.
